During a long and varied career in the, ever-changing, technology sector I have always sought to be a valued player in a winning team set on an inspiring mission.
Over the past 30 years I have had the privilege of leading sales teams for established vendors such as Blue Coat Systems and Symantec. I have also been responsible for developing a local go to market strategy and launching UK sales for challenger brands such as Webwasher (acquired by McAfee)and Evergage (acquired by Salesforce).
I have been living and breathing sales since first picking up a phone at Yellow Pages some 30 years ago. I am driven by making a difference to my clients and by delivering lasting change and results.
During the early years of my career, working for large companies, I enjoyed extensive and expert sales and management training, later, launching small, new vendors to market, I often struggled to find time for the coaching and guidance that my sales team needed. I established Sales Code 5 years ago to help technology leaders build the great sales teams they need to scale in rapidly growing and dynamic markets.
Companies turn to me for my ability to get people to see things in a different light. My strength lies in asking the questions that bring clarity and get things moving.
My coaching and facilitation style is engaging and refreshingly simple. You won’t hear jargon or buzz words at any of my coaching sessions, and you will be as involved as me through active participation.
