A change in an individuals' attitude that drives a different set of behaviours can, and often does, happen in an instant. Driving a new organisational, team or sales culture will take longer. In both cases leadership, whether corporate and formal or personal and informal is the key - with the right "will" there is always a "way" to achieve your goals.

I would highly recommend Kevin in his capacity as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. We recently collaborated together to organize a Strengths Workshop for an SEO team of 20 people. The insights provided, the quality of the presentation and his capacity to convey, engage and communicate where excellent.
